• LUG provides all necessary equipment to play (flags, belts, field markers, football)

• Important Game Details
  • Indoor Leagues: Games can be played Sun-Thu nights & Sat-Sun afternoons. Game times & turfs can vary week to week. We publish schedules as far in advance as possible to provide players with visibility on the season. Indoor leagues start in February.

• Turf/Domes: Lancer Dome
• Game Days/ Times: 
  • Indoor: Mon-Thur (9:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
  • Outdoor: Sat (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Tues (7:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

We've listed the typical turf, days, and times we play but new locations, days, and times may be added or changes based on league needs, facility availability, and requirements.

• 12 players per team minimum. Teams can have more than 12 players. All players will get a jersey. Any teams over 12, the players need to register and jerseys will be shipped at that time 
• Upper Division: A competitive division, designed for experienced players seeking fast-paced game
  Lower Division: A recreational division that still offers a quality run. 
• COED teams are strongly encouraged! Many Lower Division teams are COED.

• Jerseys
  • All teams receive LUG Vapor Lite Jerseys
• Live Jersey Draft 
  • Jerseys are chosen in a Live Jersey Draft
  • The Live Draft takes place the week before the Season Launch
  • The Draft Order is determined on (1) the speed at which their team is registered & (2) teams must have a minimum of 10/12 players registered by the draft deadline 
• Extra Jerseys 
  • Teams can have more than 12 players. All players will receive a jersey
  • Team Jersey Packs come with 12 total units. In order to receive more than 12 units, your team must be registered above 12 players by the Extra Jersey Deadline or their jerseys will be delayed
• Free Agent Frenzy
  • Free Agents are placed onto teams during Free Agent Frenzy after the Jersey Draft
  • Free Agents are usually limited in number and teams should not expect to be filled by Free Agents

• Code of Conduct
  • We have a zero tolerance policy for violations of our Code of Conduct
  • There is no alcohol, drinking, or being intoxicated at games. This will result in team and player removal from then league. 
  • Players and/or teams may be removed from the league for actions detrimental to the league including abusive or racist language, damaging the facility, theft, alcohol or drugs, among others.
• Forfeits & Defaults
  • Teams who do not attend their games will be fined $50 (paid to your opponent). Multiple defaults will result in the loss of games and playoff eligibility. The goal is to play hockey!
• The LUG Football season tracks the academic calendar. This means we have no games over Final Exams, Holiday Breaks, Reading Week, Spring Break or other key dates you wouldn't normally want to play (such as the Super Bowl, Halloween, St. Patrick's Day). Leagues that play on Sunday's can play on Sunday evenings at the conclusion of long weekends. See Complete List.
