INDIANA 

• SEASON: September to November
• GAMES: 7 games guaranteed (6 regular +1 to 4 playoff games)
• FIELDS: Outdoor Field at Karst

DIVISIONS

• SKILL: D1 | D2
• 12 players min required per team 

PERKS, JERSEYS, ADD-ONS

• JERSEYS: LUG team jerseys are included 
• TEAM KIT: SPEEDSHADES 

EQUIPMENT

• LUG provides jerseys, officials, lacrosse balls.
• Players must provide all other lacrosse equipment

GAME DAYS

• Sundays 12 pm - 6 pm 
• Fridays 2pm - 6 pm 

PAYMENTS

• $2,000 per team ($160 per player)
• Additional players over 12 = $79.99 

REFUNDS

• All registrations are final

DEFAULT POLICY

• Signing up is a commitment. Any team that misses 3 games without prior notice will be automatically removed from the league.
