- 9+ games guaranteed (8 regular season + 1-4 playoff games)
- 1 Certified Official per game
- LUG provides all necessary equipment to play (flags, belts, field markers, football)
- Important Game Details
- LUG Flag Football typically plays a consistent day and time slot(s) throughout the summer. While we do our best to keep the majority of games at their scheduled times and Home Turf, some changes may be necessary to finalize the schedule and division structure or to accommodate playoffs
- As a league built by and for players, we make these decisions with the best season experience in mind. If teams have any questions about the schedule or season, our support team is happy to help.
- No games over long weekends or on statutory holidays.
- Turf/Domes: Acumen Stadium
- Game Days: Weekdays
- Game Times: 6pm+
We've listed the typical turf, days, and times we play but new locations, days, and times may be added or changes based on league needs, facility availability, and requirements.
- 12 players per team minimum. Teams can have more than 12 players. All players will get a jersey. Any teams over 12, the players need to register and jerseys will be shipped at that time
- Upper Division: A competitive division, designed for experienced players seeking fast-paced game
Lower Division: A recreational division that still offers a quality run. - COED teams are strongly encouraged! Many Lower Division teams are COED.

- Jerseys
- All teams receive LUG Vapor Lite Jerseys
- Live Jersey Draft
- Jerseys are chosen in a Live Jersey Draft
- The Live Draft takes place the week before the Season Launch
- The Draft Order is determined on (1) the speed at which their team is registered & (2) teams must have a minimum of 10/12 players registered by the draft deadline
- Extra Jerseys
- Teams can have more than 12 players. All players will receive a jersey
- Team Jersey Packs come with 12 total units. In order to receive more than 12 units, your team must be registered above 12 players by the Extra Jersey Deadline or their jerseys will be delayed
- Code of Conduct
- We have a zero tolerance policy for violations of our Code of Conduct
- There is no alcohol, drinking, smoking, vaping, or being intoxicated at games. This will result in team and player removal from then league.
- Players and/or teams may be removed from the league for actions detrimental to the league including abusive or racism language, damaging the facility, theft, alcohol or drugs, among others.
- Forfeits & Defaults
- Teams who do not attend their games will be fined $50 (paid to your opponent). Multiple defaults will result in the loss of games and playoff eligibility. The goal is to play hockey!
- All registrations are final once complete. LUG Refund Policy.

- Online Payment Fee: Online registrations are subject to an online payment fee.
