This British Pub proves that bigger is better. Though their Brunch service is temporarily unavailable. Students go for the great and speedy service, good portions, and the live music. CRAZY HORSE

Price: $

Pros: live country music, good size, has good seating for a club, good patio

Cons: It's pretty out of the way being a 20 minute uber ride from the city's core, When the bull is present there’s no real alternative space for a dance floor

Student Pro Tip: Go very early or after 11 for your best chance of getting in.

This country bar is unique in the sense that their best night is Wednesdays, however this doesn't stop students from dusting off their boots and heading there every week. While you're there make sure to check out the live bands, and take the mechanical bull for a spin. However, when coming here with a group is a come together, leave together. Do NOT lose your friends in the crowd so you do not have to soak the Uber ride alone.

Cons: expensive drinks, patio has a very limited capacity, gets very busy

Student Pro Tip: The rooftop patio can be rented out for events, great if you're planning a birthday or special event and want it to be in a prime location.

Warehouse has become a staple in most university bar scenes and Ottawa is no exception. The cheap food is what gets people in the doors, but the great drinks and service is what keeps people there all night. Its also a much younger demographic at all times because of the prices and the music unlike some of the other bars in the area.
