IF THE ARENA IS OPEN, THE GAMES ARE ON

Hi Everyone,

With winter weather right around the corner, we wanted to remind everyone about the LUG Weather Policy for the Season.

LUG does NOT cancel games due to inclement weather unless the arena is closed by the City or it's operators. If the arena is open, games are on. 

LUG will only reschedule games in the event that the arena/city announces that the arena is closed.

Remember to drive slowly and give yourself extra time when commuting to the rinks in the snow, rains, or storms.

In the event a game is cancelled we will email teams and contact captains. For context this has only happened a handful of times in the history of the league as cities very rarely close down rinks. 

If your team is not going to make a game due to bad weather, please let us know as soon as you can so we can inform your opponents, refs, and time keepers.
