Whether you're still shedding tears about drafting Justin Jefferson as your WR1 only to get WR22 results or nabbed a league winner in Rico Dowdle off the waiver wire at a bargain price, the sport of Football brings us together off the field in a way like no other.

Now it's time to bring us together ON the field, in a way only possible when you play the game. 

LUG Flag Football is back for the 2026 Spring Season with more teams, new facilities, better tarps, and the chirps, TD dances, and QB rushes that let you play out your childhood fantasies. 

And, for the 1st time ever, we're bringing LUG Soccer to a select group of cities in our inaugural season.

FLAG FOOTBALL & SOCCER LEAGUES SEASON DETAILS

  • Leagues Run: February - April 2026
  • Games: 8 guaranteed games, 7 regular season games plus 1 to 4 playoff games
  • Game Nights: Sunday to Thursday evenings and weekend afternoons
  • Team Packs: NFL style pro-jerseys, 6x water bottles, MVP Award, KTDA Flag
  • Player Packs: LUG Sports Athletic Club Hat, SPEEDSHADES
  • Divisions: Competitive & Casual
  • Included: All equipment needed to play (excluding shoes)
  • Discount: SPEED100 gets your $100 off your team fee on registration day only

REGISTRATION OPENS JAN 14th 5:30 PM EST, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE

You know how it goes - the doors open, spots get scooped, and spots in the Live Jersey Draft are claimed. To lock in your jerseys for the season, and secure your team ID, register on registration day.

It all goes down on Wednesday January 14 at 5:30 PM EST. Spots are limited and returning teams are already lining up.

HOW TO SIGN UP

There are 3 ways to join the league: 

  1.  Build your Team - sign up with 12 players and be the GM to bring home a championship
  2. Join your Captain's Team - your part of the squad, register for your captain's team
  3. Join as a Free Agent or Small Group - get placed onto a team by LUG

The season for both leagues kicks off after the Superbowl, so while the NFL season may be finished, your football season can continue.
