FALL SOFTBALL IS BACK

You haven’t seen your best friends, roommates, floormates or friends from across the country in four months.

Now everyone is back on campus, September still feels like summer, and the dial is about to get turned wayyyy up. and if you're not in College anymore dw, we got you too. OA softball is here.

Saturday and Sunday afternoons on the diamond. The girls, the guys and the full crew back together. Music in the dugout, matching uniforms and the pre-before-the-pre, with a softball game at the heart of it.

Best of all? No experience is necessary. Fall Softball is about getting outside with your friends and starting the school year with something to look forward to every weekend. Winning is just a bonus on top.

SEASON DETAILS

  • Season: September to October

  • First pitch: After Labour Day - September 12-13, 2026

  • Games: Saturday and Sunday afternoons

  • Locations: Diamonds on or near campus

  • Divisions: COED and Competitive

  • Team size: 12 players

  • Season format: 8 games guaranteed (7 regular season + 1 playoffs)

  • Register: Full team, as a small group or as an  individual Free Agent Player

  • Where: 20+ Cities in North America

Games are 7 innings or 75 minutes (select markets are 60 minutes), with umpires, bases and softballs provided by LUG.

Teams only need to bring their own gloves, bat, and the good vibes.

COED & COMPETITIVE DIVISIONS

The COED Division is for groups looking to play with their friends, regardless of experience level. The main goal is getting the full crew together every weekend. 

COED teams must roster at least 2 women on the team.

The Competitive Division is for teams looking for a faster and more athletic style of play. It is a great fit for experienced softball or baseball players and teams that want the games to carry a little more weight.

This season, teams can choose from more than 30 new custom jersey styles.

Uniforms are selected through a LIVE JERSEY DRAFT with selection priority based on registration order you sign up in.

The earlier you register, the earlier you pick.

Every team receives a LUG Home Run Jacket.

Hit a bomb? Put it on.

Make the biggest play of the game? Put it on.

The team decides who earns it each week and in each moment of the game.

PLAYOFFS & CHAMPIONSHIPS

Every team qualifies for the playoffs and is guaranteed at least one postseason game.

Division champions receive:

  • Limited-edition Championship hats

  • Championship trophy & flag

  • An invite to the WAG Cup Championship to compete against other regional champions for the title of best team in your region.
